How it works

From waste stream to reactor-ready feedstock

We bridge the gap between plastic waste generators and pyrolysis operators — sourcing, sorting, and supplying consistent feedstock so reactors run at capacity.

The feedstock gap pyrolysis operators face

Pyrolysis plants are built to run continuously, but consistent feedstock supply is the single biggest operational constraint. Conventional recyclers reject 30–40% of incoming plastic as too contaminated or mixed to process. We are built to handle exactly that material — turning the reject stream into reactor-ready feedstock.

Sourcing

We collect what others reject

Our sourcing network spans household pickup routes, commercial waste generators, industrial estates, and informal waste aggregators and electric cable manufacturers. We accept mixed plastics, XLPE Cross-Linked Polyethylene cable, mixed blended plastic lumps, contaminated film, and other streams that conventional recyclers turn away. Volume commitments are flexible — we work with both small generators and large industrial producers.

Sorting & grading

Consistent quality through careful sorting

Incoming material is manually and mechanically sorted by resin type, colour, and contamination level. We remove non-plastic contaminants — metals, glass, organics — and grade the output into feedstock tiers matched to different pyrolysis reactor types. Moisture content and calorific value are checked at each stage.

Processing & baling

Prepared to reactor-ready specification

Sorted plastic is shredded, washed where required, and densified into bales or plastic chips depending on the operator's feed system. Densification reduces transport cost and improves reactor throughput. We can supply loose shred, baled film, or chips feedstock — format is agreed with each operator.

Supply & delivery

Reliable feedstock when you need it

We coordinate scheduled deliveries to pyrolysis plants across our service region. Supply agreements can be structured as spot purchases, monthly contracts, or long-term offtake arrangements. Our logistics team manages last-mile delivery and provides advance notice of volume changes so operators can plan reactor runs without interruption.

What pyrolysis produces

Every tonne of plastic feedstock we supply enables the production of valuable outputs

Industrial pyrolysis processing plant

Pyrolysis Fuel Oil (PFO)

40–60%
Primary output

A heavy fuel oil substitute used in industrial boilers, furnaces, and as a refinery feedstock. Typical yield: 40–60% by weight.

Carbon Black

25–35%
Secondary output

Recovered carbon black (rCB) used as a filler in rubber compounding, coatings, and pigments. Typical yield: 25–35% by weight.

Syngas

10–20%
Process fuel

Non-condensable gas fraction used to fuel the pyrolysis reactor itself, reducing external energy input. Typical yield: 10–20% by weight.

Why operators work with us

Consistent specification

Every batch is sorted and graded to agreed moisture, calorific value, and particle-size parameters — reducing reactor downtime from off-spec loads.

Flexible volumes

We scale supply up or down with your production schedule. No minimum order penalties and no rigid take-or-pay clauses on standard agreements.

Full traceability

Batch records, source documentation, and material composition data accompany every consignment — supporting your compliance and reporting obligations.

Local supply chain

Shorter logistics distances mean lower transport costs, faster response to urgent requirements, and a reduced carbon footprint per tonne supplied.
